You can find a magnitude of events, venues, and much more within the DMMC app, the following will guide you on how to browse and connect to the concierge team so you can request a service.
Browse Services
Once you've downloaded the app, you can browse through various events and venues. You can filter results by location, category & keywords.
Select a service
Once you have browsed the app, select the service that you are interested in. When selected you will be provided more information such as description, opening times, and location.
Start an Intercom conversation
When you are happy to go ahead with the service, you can select the 'Message' button to start an Intercom conversation with concierge personnel.
From there, you can chat with them in real time and request any services you may need or any additional information.
Get personalized assistance
The concierge personnel will be able to provide you with personalized assistance, such as recommending nearby restaurants, booking transportation, or even arranging for a special surprise for a loved one. They'll ensure that your experience at the event or venue is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
